Component-Based Web Design
The component-based web design approach revolutionizes the way websites and applications are developed by pursuing a modular approach to building and designing digital products.
The idea:
Reusable, independent components, each representing a specific function or visual element, are developed and combined. This gives rise to organisms that, as with the new Trend, form one large, cohesive whole.
As part of the project, we developed a range of components for VGN Medienholding and made them testable and accessible via Storybook.

Statamic as Orchestrator
In seamless harmony with this concept, Statamic was integrated as the leading content management system. With its innovative, block-based editor, Statamic allows editors to flexibly shape the portal's appearance while always preserving corporate identity (CI) and placing content in a data-driven way. This intuitive interface enables dynamic adjustment and optimization of the website, so that editors can effectively manage and update content without technical hurdles, continuously improving the user experience.
Context-Sensitive Search
By employing modern search practices, all of the portal's articles are available to visitors within milliseconds.

Whether iPhone, iPad, or MacBook - the design implementation placed great emphasis on being as simple, consistent, and optimal as possible.
