01 Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in the EU (Frankfurt & Vienna). On request, also self-hosted on your own infrastructure.
02 How does the Statamic integration work?
Install our official addon via Composer. After that, Fairu is available as a new fieldtype — including a focal point editor and preview.
03 Can I migrate my existing assets?
Yes. Import tools for S3, Dropbox, Google Drive, and classic filesystem structures are built in. Metadata is preserved.
04 What does AI tagging cost?
Unlimited on the Restaurant plan. The Kitchen plan includes 10,000 tagging calls/month; beyond that, €0.002 per asset.
05 Is there an on-premise version?
